- Training and classroom facility for use by sports and for community use. Also available for personal, business, sporting hire etc (44 m2)
- Can accommodate corporate events
- Safe jetty facilities

- Qualified (sports governing body approved instructors) in all sports
- Waterski accredited disabled centre
